BROKEN HOURS Before the twilight exits, the night is agitated by adding shadows. My shifting mood like a traveling circus, It is lost when breaking the sky in my head. The pale moon is no longer spherical. It is buried in the ashes of the clouds splashing its powders in my eyes. Only the distorted light remains of a nomadic star lit in my conscience grinding my hope The invisible time pendulum, leans in the air marking my broken hours In the marrow of my thoughts. The crumbs of loneliness, wake up in my hot blood the essence of logic letting See my feet on the land
I ARRIVED LATE TO POETRY
Without having the intention of looking for them, I received a flow of mute voices traveling through my thoughts leaving holes in the bones that kept singing. I abandoned the mess of my hours in white and renewed my existence when the autumn leaves fell on my hair painted by gray snow. They had an unusual glow that illuminated my shadows regardless of the apathetic color of the blue sky. Snuggled to the bottom of my naked loneliness, began to order the mental bursts coming through a dull, unknown sound, like salt water drops awakening from her deep sleep, to sleeping emotions. As a ruse of fate and having no idea of its existence, inspiration had come with images, rhythms and modulations that bounced off my brain and sank into the unprotected walls of my neurons. The wind cleared the way to the phrases becoming host of my writing made in a piece of heaven. The first verses landed without wings on my thirsty skin from the fire that undressed my life and left me exposed to the wind. I put the ideas in an imaginary mantle as the hours of time doubled. My five senses engaged in a single song. At that moment, my enlightened being felt the presence of poetry. I melted on her breathing her breath. I closed my eyes to feel the warmth of its body I was, I am and I will be a inveterate romantic bringing the low clouds to my hands to paint the perfume of love in every flash of my existence. I hallucinate with passion when the waning moon lets me kiss its edges stretching the night to be able to read it despite the reigning darkness. Then the question arises: Why was I late? Because I let it pass: the hot summer in my blood, the scent of spring flowers without turning them into poems, the howl of my skeleton when I told you I love you madly when my heart was rusty in the harsh winter. I do not regret not having heard the metaphors of my poetic silences. Today, satisfaction is greater. Heaven talks to me when I close my eyes. Poetry sleeps and wakes up with me.
RAVING TO MIDNIGHT
The eternal night takes my destiny. My face sinks into his eyes and my existence is lost in his arms. The inexpressive fatigued sky throws me into a transparent world. I am now a wandering ghost without having to smell the cold winter. I have no age, no name, no shadow, because i live in a bubble where time and void are crushed. Death looks at me sideways because I have no body to bury. She runs naked to get my attention but nothing can disturb my stillness. The rain can’t touch me. Memories get wet turned into stones in a corner of the past. It is a recurring phrenic dream sailing through my closed eyelids when silence is left alone with my conscience. This illusion is reduced to a raving when my mind sees, to the mutilated words queuing up to commit suicide when the verses cannot come out, in my failed poetry.
